So, a little about me. I am originally from NY State now residing in Washington DC Metro area. I've been passionate about Interior Design for as long as I can remember. During my 21years in the military, I was able to live in and experience many countries and cultures. From the castles of Europe, to the Temples of the Far East, all of the architecture I saw made an imprint on how I see design. After retiring from the Air Force, I decided to follow my dream and went back to school and obtained my BA in Environmental Interior Design. I officially launched Ronald J. Smith Interiors in 2021.

My Motto has always been "Dare to Be Different," and I push not only myself but those I work with to be themselves and not to feel like they have to fit their style into a box.
